Aloha,
I've tried everything I can think of to remove an ancient event from my events module, and it will not go away. I even removed the module and re-added it, which didn't work.
Also, the module is supposed to automatically add events as I post them, which it does not do. Does anybody know how to get this to work correctly?
Thanks,
-Erin

Re: Events not correctly feeding into 'events module'
Thu, May 8, 2008 - 9:22 AMDid you read any of the numerous earlier threads about this?

Re: Events not correctly feeding into 'events module'
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 4:35 AMSorry, I only browsed recent stuff.
When I went to the tribe 'help' pages, it told me to come here. I wasn't a member of this particular tribe, so i joined to post my comment. I'm not hugely interested in being part of fixing bugs here, as I have enough responsibilities, but I'm happy to make those who are working on tribe aware of the problems.
In any case, thanks for responding. It is pretty clear that it is broken without having read any prior threads.
I was posting in an attempt to know if there is a workaround people are using or if it was a symptom of something in my account that i'm unaware of.
Cheers,

I entered "Events" and got toooo many results like

Re: Events not correctly feeding into 'events module'
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 1:47 AMSorry, I've never used the search function. Thanks for the tip. And sorry for bothering everyone with a bug on a <gasp> BUG REPORTS tribe...
Have a pleasant day.

Re: Events not correctly feeding into 'events module'
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 10:09 AMNobody posting here, myself included, is a Tribe employee-- I used to be, but I quit over two years ago. I help people out from time to time, largely because I have a pretty good knowledge of how the system works and where the backdoor tricks are. i can understand that you're frustrated but not hugely interested in fixing bugs. I'm frustrated too, and while I'd love to help get bugs fixed I'm not terribly interested in repeating the same information over and over.
I'm also massively frustrated that neither of the remaining Tribe employees ever says anything here anymore.
