We finally have determined the most likely cause of the current problem with logging in without Remember Me checked and will fix this tonight, at midnight.
The site will be down for approximately 15-30 minutes, if all goes well. The site may appear offline and give "server not found" errors if you try to browse to it. I will update Twitter as soon as we're done.

I have to log into both after about 24 hours, but not so on other sites. -

Tue, October 13, 2009 - 8:30 AMSame here. And I have to "hack" into tribe via googling one of my tribes and then click my homepage from there otherwise I cannot get in most of the time. This kind of sucks.
(apart from finding myself logged out of facebook almost every time I look in spite of having "remember me" clicked and I only look when tribe is having one of it's deadbeat times.) -

Tue, October 13, 2009 - 9:08 AMI wonder if Facebook has their servers set to log people out after a certain period of time as since this has been happening the performance of their site seems to be better? I asked a couple of other people and they are all being logged out as well. -

Tue, October 13, 2009 - 9:28 AMThe tribe,net bug tribe may not the place to discuss facebook bugs, but I believe that when tribe.net logs us out without us doing that ourselves there is usually something wrong...It does not mean that tribe is working better that way.
