As the title suggests already, this is to notify you that the "someone has joined your tribe"-mail server gone crazy again.
Someone joined one of my tribes today and I got 8 (eight!!!) notifications instead of the usual two (which is always one too many but I have gotten used to that)
Same thing as during the disaster that summer when so many members left. Something gone very wrong when you hooked up that new server, it seems.

Are you aware of what the "block people on messenger or your mobile and they will never know" has led to?
Rather than these silent blocking functions I would have something that stops people from coming back. Though this does not seem to be a problem right now.

when someone sends me a personal message,
my email inbox gets 3,4,5 notifications
of that same message; about a minute apart.

Tue, June 30, 2009 - 1:06 AMIt could be that the person joining is getting an error message and keeps resubmitting a request or an acceptance before giving up. That has happened to me on several occasions. -

Tue, June 30, 2009 - 1:32 AMTravis, it is one thing for you to terrorize and abuse various people on the astrology tribe and on other tribes, but I am surprised that you would start to carry that over into this tribe. It is as though you are now begging to be reported to the admins.
I was referring to people who have joined my tribes and from whom I received the same multiple acceptances that are being discussed here.
