Mon, August 10, 2009 - 11:47 PMI am also unable to post a photo to my photo album. It is definitely not over 1 megabyte in size, so that's not the problem. No error screen appears, the photo just doesn't show up in the album.
I'm on gimlet.tribe.inner at the moment. -

I tried Internet Explorer, and it uses ( hotnun.tribe.inner ), but no photo uploads on this one either.

Tue, August 11, 2009 - 4:18 AMThere is still some slowness with the image caches rebuilding, which is causing some things to appear "broken" or not load. It should appear after a few minutes, but be sure the screen shot is less than 1 MB in size. -

After clicking upload it goes to the upload page again (starts all over). The last time I tried was 5minutes ago. What am I doing wrong. -

now over a week and still cannot upload pics - what the hell did the tribe MIS propeller heads change to mess up something that was working so well. If it was due to an upgrade - go back to the original program - it due to a bud or virus - remove the problem program.

Wed, August 12, 2009 - 12:22 PMIt is time to call someone as I have noticed this problem has been going on since Saturday. I have a high standard at times when it comes to social networking sites and have a hard enough time joining them because of "promises made but not kept" sort of services. I am at FB because I know it will work, and when they have a problem or an issue it is usually rectified within a day or two. I even have a YouTube account and have no problems there, and I would love to be here more than FB but there is the reliability issue.
Oh well, we'll see. -

Did you ever see "Waiting for Godot"? Whoever invented tribe.net must have been some guy with a screwdriver, scotchtape and some outdated knowledge of computers. Tribe is something for connoisseurs and collectors, like those who browse antique stores for old, half broken but beautitful furniture.
Just my humble opinion, and an impression i have, after being here for a couple of years.

I just now successfully loaded three pictures into the album here. (8:52pm 8/13/09 hotnun)
Could the problem you're having be on your end?
Have you tried opening a new browser window?
What server are you on?

No luck.
It was working okay today. Posted pics in the trivia tribe. Just went to post in another tribe - no luck.. so I also tested the Trivia tribe - and I can no longer posts photos there.
Annoying... sometimes I feel really sorry for you guys - you seem to have a problem killed only to find it still bites.....
Still.. the site itself is okay :)
