I get one friend's blog and picture updates on my home page and she shows on my friends list, but when I go to her page there is an "add to friends" button instead of "remove from friends" button. She asked me if I saw her recent pictures, but when I tried there was an error message "Insufficient Privileges
You have insufficient privileges to take this action"
So, I added her again, she accepted again, but still the problem persists, her blogs and pictures that are designated visible only to her friends are not visible to me.
It's been going on for a few months.
Any ideas on a solution?

Odd that you think we're trying to discourage people from using the site! We wouldn't respond at all if that were the case... or we could just not spend time fixing and installing new servers, that would be even easier, yeah? With 20,000 active users and one person on the help desk, it might take a bit longer to work through the more unusual problems. -

Things that take a while, take a while, but I have seen you guys jump and deliver fast results for quick-fixes. This site is in a recovery process and requires more patience than other sites may. But I think it is unique & worth the effort. -
