It just happened for the second time- I open a tribe and suddenly there is nothing but red stars and reveiws, instead of postings. Same on all the other tribes. I finally closed my browser and reopened and the postings are back. what on earth is this bug?

No, all it takes is opening some tribe occasionally and the shock when I see all the red stars going up in front of the thread titles. If I go from there to other tribes, they all show nothing but reviews. I closed tribe, reopened it, I tried clicking on Bloke's link for a second time, the review stuff was there again. I closed my browser, reopened tribe, the tribes with threads were back.
Why would all the reviews appear in no matter what tribe you open, don't they have their own place, somewhere? -

No.. it is just like the pictures in each tribe.... each tribe has reviews. (but you can post a review to multiple tribes..
Note the tabs above the topics..
Titled - "all posts" "topics" " photos" 'listings' 'events' ' reviews' and "requests"...
Clicking on them will show different content...
I think you must have not noticed you clicked on the review tab...
Click back onto "all posts" tab to see all new pictures and threads..
Click back onto the "topics" tab to see only the threads - but not new pictures..

If you want to get back to the way you likely usually surf tribe, click the "topics" tab.

But fact is, I go there from my homepage through search, or through some link someone sent me, like the one Bloke posted above, without clicking anywhere else, and suddenly, all the reviews are there. In the next tribe, not in this one, but the tribe behind the link i clicked on. -

Fri, August 14, 2009 - 10:11 PMReviews are able to be trans-tribe, so they will not always be solely related to one tribe. You went to the "reviews" tab through Bloke's link because he sent you to the "reviews" tab on purpose. -

Also, the "all posts" or "topics" tabs are not necessarily the defaults, so if you click through to a tribe it's not strange that another tab could come up. Also, I've noticed when tribe randomly logs me out, it will change me from the "topics" tab to the "all posts" tab. Again, not a bug, it's just how tribe "works." Upon logging back in, I'm back in the "topics" tab. -
